A session can expire. The platform may sign you out after some time, a password change or a security check.

How you know

  • The account row in Downloads shows Expired.
  • The row says Session expired. Sign in again.

Sign in again

  1. Tap the account row. The sign-in page opens.
  2. Sign in on the page.
  3. Tap Done when the panel You’re signed in shows.

Your other accounts stay as they are

Each account has its own sign-in. Only the expired one needs attention.
